I ordered my bench memorial plaque for my Dad on 23rd April, which was really easy. I thought it would take at least 10 days to come but to my surprise it arrived only 5 days from putting my order in. The quality was wonderful and I was so pleased with it. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order any thing else from this company.
